As owner operator

            Acted as general contractor to build all of the restaurants, worked directly

            with architects to create plans for projects and created all of the concepts.

negotiated all leases or real estate purchases, raised all funding from lenders,

            investors, or from own funds, trained all employees and managers,

            and set up all operating systems including point of sale systems.

 

 

Restaurant Rescue and Gatewood consulting (restaurant consulting firm)    1997 - 2016

            Worked on client’s behalf to improve profits, increase sales, design kitchens,

            create concepts, raise money, in general help clients with any and all needs

            regarding their individual restaurants.  Acted as general contractor and

built, designed and created concepts for seven different restaurants for four clients.  Did extensive remodels on non restaurant buildings and a multiple of residences
